* Seeking an Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Southbridge, MA.
* The Urgent Care Center is on site at the Main Hospital right across from the Emergency Department.
* We care for a wide variety of adult and pediatric illnesses and injuries.
* The position does include weekends.
* No Holidays or Call.
* Masters or doctoral degree with current Massachusetts license registration required. Graduate of approved Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program with certification.
* 3-5 years of experience preferred.
**Responsibilities**
* Diagnose and treat episodic illnesses, injuries, and conditions
* Prescribe medications and administer treatments as necessary
* Collaborate with primary care teams and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective Quality patient care
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using EPIC electronic health record
