NextCare is looking for a marketing professional with a passion for multi-location marketing who is looking to Assist.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Marketing Assistant will support the Marketing department by executing daily administrative tasks, assisting with marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, expense management, and analyzing marketing data. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow in the marketing field, who has a passion for creativity, organization, and learning new skills.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Treats patients and co-workers consistent with the NextCare Mission Statement, Vision, Values and Performance Standards.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in the preparation and execution of marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
  • Campaign Assistance: Support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media).
  • Social Media Management: Manage social media platforms by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and tracking performance metrics.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to help shape marketing strategies.
  • Content Creation: Assist with creating and editing marketing collateral such as blog posts, newsletters, and promotional content.
  • Data Management: Analyze marketing data to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing campaigns.
  • Event Support: Help organize and promote marketing events, webinars, and trade shows.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, designers, vendors, and other departments to ensure a cohesive brand message.
  • Expense Management: Manage and review invoices, check requests, and regional budgets to ensure accuracy, timely posting, and alignment with the media plan, providing monthly and quarterly updates on expense trends and budgets.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or described in Company policy.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Education: Minimum of bachelor’s degree in marketing or business, or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

  • Proven experience or internships in marketing or related fields is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., Canva, Salesforce, Hootsuite) is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Creativity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.

VALUED BUT NOT REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Basic graphic design (Adobe Suite)
  • Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, or other digital marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and email marketing platforms.
