Join the Providence ExpressCare Richland, Washington team as a per diem nurse practitioner or physician assistant. As a Mission based, community focused service, our clinics provide the perfect work like balance. ExpressCare serves as a critical access point for the organization, supporting overflow of patients from primary care, urgent care and emergency departments. There is plenty of variety in our services which demand critical thinking and clinic-based procedures, which providers interest in every day. ExpressCare serves the purpose of providing access to our communities, both in person and virtually, while also offering a more predictable day with s schedule of 30 twenty-minute appointments.. Although this position offers autonomy in practice with a single provider model supported by a MA, there is a large support structure in place with a larger team connected virtually. Ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in Family Practice, Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine, as well as have the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment and embrace the opportunities to respond to the need of the community as they arise. - Both in-office and virtual visits throughout each shift
- Compensation is up to $75.00 per hour
- The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.

ExpressCare is part of the Providence Clinical Network (PCN), which provides patients access to optimized ambulatory services with a consumer-centric, connected focus. The Providence ExpressCare clinics are reducing barriers and creating a network of same-day care options that are easily accessible across the state of Washington. By building out a network for ambulatory care across Providence, the PCN offers ease, transparency, and lower costs. This work is foundational to evolving the Providence delivery model to enhance the future of convenient care.
