Greetings, we are seeking Advanced Practitioners to join an established practice on the south of Albany. Please see below for details and refer to JOB ID#if you are interested:
Job Details:
- Full-time Permanent Position (Schedule will be discussed during initial interview)
- 100% outpatient setting
- One year or more of experience in primary care as an Advanced Practice Provider is required
- Duties will include conducting sick/wellness visits, physical examinations, and patient follow-ups for optimal patient outcomes
- The call schedule is 1/6 weekends (Phone call only)
- Active New York license in hand or in process welcome to apply
