Job Specifics

• OSF OnCall is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Advanced Practice Provider to join a modern urgent care clinic in Chicago.
• Sole provider model with care guides a mixture of MOA/CMA/LPN/Rad tech. Lead provider and office manager support
• Potential to rotate between 5urgent care clinics in Merrionette Park, Evergreen Park, Oak Lawn, and Ford City.
• Schedule 7:45am – 8pm, or last patient seen clinic close.
• Three, 12 hours shifts with rotating weekends and holidays.
• Average Daily Census of 26 patients
• Epic EMR
• EOE/M/F/V/Disabled
