- Practice type: Outpatient Vascular Surgery Clinic
- Trauma Level: Level II Trauma
- Shift hours: 9a-4p
- Schedule: AT LEAST 2 weeks per month of Monday-Thursday
- Staff on Shift: 3 MDs, 8 APPs, and 4 CVOR Anesthesiologists
- Types of Cases: 100% adult
- EMR: EPIC
- Required Certifications/Cred Items: must have ACLS, DEA, and CSR
- Additional Info: Providers will need be first assisting and helping run the consult service
