Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cardiothoracic Surgical Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a minimum of three years of clinical experience to join our well-established and collaborative team. You will work alongside experienced cardiothoracic surgeons in both the inpatient and outpatient setting, participating in surgical first assist, vein harvesting, clinical rounding, and direct patient care.

Assist in cardiothoracic surgical procedures, including endo-vein harvesting
First assist in OR
Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care
Daily rounding, pre- and post-operative management
Participate in Q2 call rotation
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in surgical or cardiothoracic care
Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the State of Wisconsin
Strong communication, clinical, and procedural skills
Committed to high-quality, patient-centered care
Job Responsibilities
First assist in OR

Qualifications

Working Hours
▸ Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
▸ Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
