Cardiac Surgery Physician Assistant Locums Job in Indiana | As Soon as Credentialed | Seeking 14-21 Days a Month of Coverage
Dates of Coverage: as soon as credentialed and on going
Details/Requirements for Assignment #108293:
-- Active Indiana license preferred, willing to license
-- CSR and DEA required
-- Vein Harvesting experience preferred within the last 2 years. Must have case logs. Willing to proctor with experience.
-- OR and ICU coverage
-- Shifts in house are 5-8 hour shifts or 4-10 hour shifts, with on-call included
-- Coverage 1 – 3 weeks a month ongoing
-- The 4 -10 hour days each week shift is from 0630-1700. Take call 1-2 nights a week 1700-0700 and then be on call on the weekends from Saturday 0700-0630 on Monday morning.
-- Inpatient Rounding ICU, Inpatient only coverage
