--Board Certification NCCPA
--Active Michigan license is required
--Thoracic OR experience is preferred, but will consider Cardiac OR experience
--BLS & ACLS certification is required
--Clean Background is required for creds
--Trauma Level 2; Operating room and clinic; patient demographic is adult
--EMR: EPIC
