- Shift: Mon-Fri in hospital first assisting.
Clinic every third week, Tuesday and Thursday 8a-5p - Call coverage 7-8 days per month- Provider will work hospital or clinic hours with night call during the week
- 24 hour call during the weekend
- Charting System: Epic
- Practice Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
- Patients Per Shift: 8
Minimum Board Certification: Certified
License requirement: Licensed in WA or IMLC
License requirement: Licensed in WA or IMLC
Certification: ACLS, BLS, DEA
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 60-90
Pay Package: $120/hour {Negotiable} on 1099 + Travel, Logistics & Malpractice.
