- Practice type: In House Emergency Department
- Trauma Level: Level I
- #of Beds/OR’s:649 beds
- Shift hours: 24 hour call 7a-7a
- Call: No requirement to be in house. The team suspects it will be more late night/early evening surgeries from the day vs. coming in at night which would be limited
- Shifts available: 6 per month
- Patient Age: 100% adult
- Average admissions per shift: 1
- Procedures:. CV OR Surgery Experience and Endovascular Vein Harvest (EVH) experience for CABG
- EMR: EPIC
- Credentialing: 90 days
- Licensing Active IL state license & DEA
- Required Certifications/Cred Items: BC/BE, ACLS
- Documentation of immunizations (Covid 19, Current Influenza, Tdap, Proof of 2-Step TB test within the last 12 months or QFT, Varicella, Hepatitis B, MMR)
- Minimum years of experience: 1 year
