Shift: Scheduled Clinical Hours only
Certification Requirements: Board Certified
State License Requirements: IN License or IMLC
Additional Certification Requirement: ACLS- REQUIRED
Patient per shift : 5-8
EMR :Epic

Requirement :

• CT surgery APP experience, or relevant surgical specialty experience is required.
• Clinical rounding, and bedside procedural skills such as central lines, chest tubes, and arterial lines highly preferred.
• Evidence-based practice in treating acute and critically ill surgical patients
• Opportunity for procedures in ICU setting
• Average Time of Credentialing: 90 days
