Dates of Coverage: as soon as credentialed and on going
Details/Requirements for Assignment #102501:
-- Active Indiana license required
-- CSR and DEA required
-- Vein Harvesting required
-- OR and ICU coverage
-- Shifts in house are 7pm – 7am with potential call coverage, there may be some 7am - 7pm shift needs forthcoming
-- Coverage 1 – 3 weeks a month ongoing
-- 7 on 7 off, flexible with scheduling
-- Inpatient Rounding ICU, Inpatient only coverage
