• Department description: Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery service, CABGS, Transplants, VADS, Thoracic cases. CT removal, PW removal, CXR interpretation is required. Vein harvesting.

• EMR: EPIC

Practice Setting:

• Hospital

Requirements:

• Board Certification: yes, required

• License required: CA

• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS

• Minimum experience required: 1 year of experience preferred

Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
