SSM Health Fond du Lac Regional Clinic SC, a physician-owned and governed multi-specialty group affiliated with SSM Health through a professional service agreement, is recruiting for a SSM Health employed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for our Plastic Surgery department. Professionally rewarding opportunity to join an established department of experienced providers.
Opportunity:
- Join an established Plastic Surgeon and Nurse Practitioner
- Quality of life practice offering an opportunity for part-time or full-time (.5 to .8 FTE)
- Majority outpatient-based position with occasional inpatient rounding
- Procedural experience desired
- No weekends or call required
- Clinic facility has surgery center on-site
- SSM St. Agnes Hospital is located 10 minutes from the clinic

Requirements:
- Masters degree in Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Wisconsin registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse licensure or certified physician assistant
