Highly successful neurosurgery program in the greater Philadelphia area is searching for a physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join their growing team!
This position is primarily inpatient with a mix of duties including admissions, ICU care, bedside procedures, discharge, and OR first-assisting. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in critical care, neurosurgery, neurology, or other relevant fields, and the group is also well-versed in training new graduates who have a specific interest in neurosurgery, neurology, and neurocritical care.

Responsibilities:
- Full-time permanent position - Neurosurgery, Neurocritical Care
- Greater Philadelphia, PA area
- Rotating schedule - 13 hour shifts
- Roughly 40 hours per week (80 hours biweekly)
- Primarily inpatient position with combination of neuro ICU care, bedside procedures, OR first-assisting, admission, discharge, and other inpatient needs
- Work alongside team of fellowship-trained neurosurgeons and neurologists and established APPs
Qualifications:
- Pennsylvania Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner License (or ability to obtain)
- DEA License
- Certified Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner
- Previous experience in neurosurgery, critical care, neurology, or other relevant specialties
- Recent graduates with relevant rotations
