Rates: $150/hr

Job Details

• Schedule: 6 PM – 6 AM (12-hour shifts), in-house coverage required

• Shift Requirements: 240 hours per 6-week schedule

• Weekend Coverage: Every 4th weekend required

• On-Call: None

• Patient Load: Average of 10 patients per shift

• Facility: Level 1 Trauma Center with Comprehensive Stroke Designation

• Responsibilities:

  • Rounding, consults, and postoperative care

  • NO OR/First Assist duties

  • NO procedural work (except simple suturing for minor lacerations)

  • Manage acute neurosurgical and stroke emergencies, ICU care, elective procedures, and postoperative management

  • Work autonomously as an APP, with a supervising physician available off-site (on-call 24/7)

• Patient Population: All ages (0-99 years old)

• EMR System: eCare/Cerner

Requirements

• Board Certified (ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA) – REQUIRED

• Active Michigan License – REQUIRED

• Clean Background – REQUIRED

• BLS, ENLS, NIHSS – REQUIRED

• Michigan DEA Address – REQUIRED

• No new graduates – REQUIRED
