A successful Neurosurgery practice in Wayne, NJ is seeking a full-time physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join their growing team! Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of neurosurgery experience, or experience working in another relevant surgical subspecialty (orthopedics, spine or trauma surgery).

Responsibilities:

• Full-time position
• Perform first-assist duties in the OR
• Rounding on hospital inpatients
• Treating patients in the clinic
• Patient histories, physical examinations, patient workups

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a physician assistant in neurosurgery
• Previous experience as a physician assistant in another surgical field (orthopedics, spine, trauma, etc.)
• Active New Jersey Physician Assistant License, or ability to obtain
• DEA License
