URGENT – New General Surgery APP Locums Job in New Jersey | Premium Rates

This is a great opportunity with one of our clients in New Jersey. We are contracted with a medical facility in search of a highly skilled General Surgery APP to assist with their coverage needs.

Details/Requirements for Assignment #108429:
» Active New Jersey license and Board Certification required
» Coverage: Monday – Friday, 7a-4p Inpatient/OR. No Call.
» Maternity Leave Coverage: ASAP (likely April 14) – June 30, 2025
» Anticipated Procedures: Debridement of wounds - OR/bedside, application of negative pressure wound therapy (wound vac)
» Duties: Rounding inpatient on wound consults, follow up rounds for established inpatients, optimizing for OR debridement
» Patient Load: Split with NP and supervising physician - approximately 15 per day
» Not a trauma destination
» EMR: EPIC
