APP General Surgery Opening in CT Location: Hartford, CT Full Time A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to join its General Surgery and Complex Hernia/Abdominal Core Health team in an ambulatory setting. This role offers the opportunity to work with highly complex surgical patients, providing long-term, comprehensive care. Position Details: Location: Greater Hartford Region, CT Setting: Ambulatory, with potential OR time Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday (No weekends, No call) Role Responsibilities: Conduct new patient consults, post-operative follow-ups, and inpatient transition of care rounding Perform in-office procedures (skin and soft tissue mass excisions, incision and drainage, complex wound care) Coordinate multidisciplinary care and assist with system quality initiatives Develop long-term patient relationships in a collaborative and supportive environment Why Join Us?
