CHI Saint Joseph Medical Group, located in Bardstown, KY, employs two Orthopedic Surgeons for the Bardstown Market at our Flaget Memorial Hospital. We are now seeking an Advanced Pr actice Provider to join our clinic. Clinical duties involve follow-up care for acute injuries from emergency department and urgent care, new patient evaluation and management, as well as postsurgical follow-up care.
Flaget Memorial Hospital is home to an award-winning surgical program. We are a Blue Distinction Center+ for Knee and Hip Replacement by Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield in Kentucky and hold the Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval® for Total Hip and Knee Certification. Our surgeons are trained in some of the most minimally invasive options available, like anterior hip replacement, to help you get moving again sooner. Along with our caring orthopedic nurse navigators and support staff, we are committed to making our patients experience as stress-free as possible.

Responsibilities
- Understand, support, and implement the mission of the facility to deliver health care to those in need in the performance of all job responsibilities.

- Educate patients on both clinical and managed care.
- Participate in clinic and network task forces as requested and appropriate.

- Effectively use clinic financial and other performance information.
Qualifications
License/Certification: Kentucky Licensure
Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
Experience in Orthopedics preferred
Pay Range
$57.68 - $81.04 /hour
