Highlights:
- This position will be based in an inpatient hospital setting.
- There may be opportunities to participate in outpatient clinics or transplant-related activities as needed.
- As an essential member of the transplant care team, the incumbent will play a critical role in delivering comprehensive and exceptional care to patients undergoing kidney & liver transplant procedures and HPB surgeries.
- The Advanced Practitioner will collaborate closely with transplant surgeons, hepatologists, nephrologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the successful management and treatment of patients throughout their inpatient stay.
- Successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year (preferably 3 years) of experience in transplantation, nephrology, surgery or a related field.
- Candidate will also have strong knowledge and or interest in the field of kidney transplant procedures, postoperative management, and immunosuppressive therapy.
