Cardiothoracic Physician Assistant Surgical Assistant opening in GA Located in Savannah, Georgia Full-Time & Permanent Seeking a BE/BC Physician Assistant with experience as a surgical assistant to join group.

  • Board Certified, experience preferred
  • Ability to get a GA and start upon credentialing
  • 1st assist in surgical procedures
  • Vein Harvesting
  • Follow-up office visits
  • 1:4 call
  • Rotating days/nights/weekends
  • Join 3 CT surgeons and 3 APPs
  • 622-bed, regional referral center
  • Level I trauma center
  • Level III NICU,
  • Childrens hospital
  • Accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI
  • Serves 35 counties across southeast Georgia and southern South Carolina
  • NurseOne and 24- hour call center
  • EPIC EMR System
Location: Savannah, a coastal Georgia city, is separated from South Carolina by the Savannah River. Its known for manicured parks, horse-drawn carriages and antebellum architecture. Its historic district is filled with cobblestoned squares and parks such as Forsyth Park shaded by oak trees covered with Spanish moss. At the center of this picturesque district is the landmark, Gothic-Revival Cathedral of Saint John the Baptist.
