Job Summary:

TriStar Centennial Medical Center in downtown Nashville, Tennessee is seeking an experienced advanced practitioner for a full time position with the cardiovascular surgery practice.

Qualified Candidates:
  • Experienced nurse practitioner or physician assistant
  • Minimum 2 years' experience direct patient care in ICU or surgery
  • Board certification
  • Tennessee licensure or ability to obtain
  • DEA license with comfort prescribing for pain management
  • Ability to work independently rounding, assisting in the management of hospital inpatients including admissions, transfers, and discharges.
  • Comfortable assisting with bedside procedures
  • Full-time position. Schedule: 4 10-hour shifts, rotating night call
  • No First Assist responsibilities
  • Weekend call rotation 1:8 weekends
