Job Summary:

Surgery Physician Assistant needed to support busy, employed Head and Neck surgery practice at HCA HealthONE Swedish in Denver, CO

Qualified Candidates:
  • 1-2 yrs. advanced practice experience preferred
  • Job duties include: surgical first assist in the OR, inpatient care including hospital rounding, assisting with wound care, orders, care team coordination and hospital discharges, outpatient care with active participation in clinic to include postoperative visits, established and new patient consults, survivorship efforts, care coordination to include patient telephone encounters, communication with nurse navigation, education efforts with inpatient ICU and floor nurses
  • Physician Assistant degree and proper certification
  • Colorado licensed or ability to obtain one
  • Motivated; team player; proactive attitude, interest in cancer care and survivorship
