Excellent opportunity for a dynamic Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team of highly trained Orthopedic Surgeons. We provide care to a varied group of patients with general orthopedic surgical needs. Our PA will round on patients on hospital floor; see patients in the orthopedic surgery clinic and provide surgical first assist in the OR. Qualified candidates must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work effectively within a team.

Requirements:

• Board Certification as a Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner
• Licensed or eligible to be licensed in the state of AZ
• Current prescribing privileges including a DEA license for controlled substance
• Experienced APP with Orthopedic skills are preferred; however, new graduates will be considered
• ACNP is required to have an RNFA certificate at the time of application
• Current BLS & ACLS

Practice Details:

• Full-time | M-F, 8 AM – 5 PM
• Surgical/Clinical position; 4 days clinic -1 day OR
• Call: Practice Call only no Hospital call
