Excellent opportunity for a dynamic Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with interest in Orthopedics to join our highly trained team of Orthopedic Surgeons in the East Valley. We provide care to a varied group of patients with orthopedic surgical needs. Our PA/ACNP will provide surgical first assist to our hospitals and surgery centers in the East Valley. Qualified candidates must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work effectively within a team.

Requirements:

• Board Certification as a Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner
• Licensed or eligible to be licensed in the state of AZ
• Current prescribing privileges including a DEA license for controlled substance
• Experienced APP with Orthopedic skills are preferred; however, new graduates will be considered
• ACNP is required to have an RNFA certificate at the time of application
• Current BLS & ACLS

Practice Details:

• Full-time | M-F, 8 AM – 5 PM
• First-Assist Float Position to support; Banner Baywood, Banner Ocotillo, Banner Ironwood and ATLAS Ambulatory Surgery Center
• Surgical/Clinical position
• Call: Practice Call only no Hospital
• Practice includes: ten surgeons, six APPs, dedicated MA & excellent support staff
