Job Summary:
HCA Florida Ocala Hospital is seeking an advanced practicing provider to join their rapidly growing inpatient emergency general surgery.
Qualified Candidates:
Qualified Candidates:
- The incoming provider will join a well-established and respected trauma / emergency general surgery team consisting of trauma surgeons and advanced practicing providers. Due to volumes and demand, our team is growing to a full complement of 16-providers consisting of 8 trauma surgeons and 8 advanced practicing providers.
- The incoming provider will be on our very busy emergency general surgery service and deal primarily with general surgery patients.
- Hospital-based, inpatient duties
- Duties include: rounding on patients, managing discharges and some clinic
- 7 on / 7 off shift schedule
- 12 hour shifts
- Licensed as a nurse practitioner / physician assistant
- New grads welcome
