Shifts: Mon-Fri; Hospital 7a-2p, Clinic 9a-4p

Dates of Coverage: ASAP and Ongoing

Description:

· Trauma Level 1 for Cardiac

· Avg patients per day: 6, scheduled 4, add-ons 2

· Avg no of Hospital patients per day: 15, Admission 1, ICU 4, Surgeries

· Office/clinic: 10%, Hospital: 30%

·Adult 80%, PEDS 20%

·· EPIC EMR

Requirements:

Active WA license (or IMLC)

Certifications Required: ACLS, DEA

VEIN HARVESTING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
