Cardiovascular/Thoracic Physician Assistant
Seeking an experienced Cardiovascular/Thoracic Physician Assistant to provide locum coverage starting in February 2025. This role requires vein harvesting experience with a minimum of 100 cases within the last 5 years.
Position Details
- Cheyenne, WY
- Schedule: 24-hour call with 8 hours of on-site coverage
- Setting: Inpatient
- Call Schedule: 24-hour call (Minimal typical call volume)
- Patient Load: 1 open heart case per day, variable vascular/cardiac call
Requirements
- Active Wyoming PA license
- Up-to-date CDS and DEA certification
- Must have experience in vein harvesting (100+ cases in the last 5 years)
- Trauma experience preferred
- Credentialing process takes 30-45 days
