- Start Date: ASAP

- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 60
- Shift: 4/10 hr shifts per week plus potential need for call (Call would be 5p-7a)
- Patients Per Shift: 12
- Practice Setting: Inpatient
- EMR: Epic
- Age Population: All
- Trauma Level: 2
- Support Staff to include: team of 4 CTS PA's
- Duties include assisting in the OR, endo vein and endo radial a plus or floor assignment for discharge etc. each day.
- Provider would be assisting clinic staff with patient call in questions as needed.
- No clinic patients scheduled for the APP- only OR and hospital floor coverage.
- Board Certified
- MT active state license and DEA
- ACLS
- BLS
Pay: $140/hr on 1099
