Locums – Springfield, Missouri, NP/PA Cardiothoracic Surgery Openings
- Clinical Role:

- Aug-Dec (potentially extend through June 2025)
- 3 Providers Requested
- Looking for a PA with CT surgery experience
- Call with OR coverage during the week & weekend
- Call hours: 24 Hrs
- Clinic: Tues - Thurs 8A to 430P, roughly 8 - 10 patients per day. The main focus will be surgery and OR call, which is our greater need at this time
- NP/PA would not admit but does do the H&P, etc.
- Our PA’s do CT’s, etc, but we do not do Vascular Surgery cases, we are a pure CT surgery practice
- Overnight call, Pt call, OR help, weekend help
- Phone Consults: 5 per night
- Call Patients Seen: 15 per day
- Call Ratio: 1:4
- 20 minutes call response time required
- Call Type: In-House
- Assigned/Unassigned Patients
- Board Certified – Required
- ACLS, BLS Required
- EMR: Epic
