Locums-to-Perm – Fort Wayne, Indiana, Physician Assistant CVT Surgery Openings
Clinical Role:

- ASAP – Ongoing Need
- Current open dates are as follows - July 8 - 14, July 27 , July 30 - August 4, August 31 - September 2. (flexible on PA's schedule)
- Hospital needs 2 PA’s for Cardiothoracic, with experience in ICU and OR
- Preference for locum to perm candidates for long term need but open to others for urgent need
- Nocturnal needs 7 pm - 7am. Might have occasional 7am - 7pm needs as well eventually
- Prefer drive in candidate for long term need but flexible with others who can start ASAP
- 7 on 7 off nights (can be flexible if they can do weekends days and night only, or some other stretch of days covering night only)
- Responsibilities include take calls, first assist to vein harvest, inpatient rounding (ICU)
- Nights only for now 4.30 pm - 6 am week M - F 3 pm - 5 am Saturday 3 pm - 6 am - Sunday
- Active IN license, CSR and DEA
- ABLS, BLS, PALS Required
- Trauma Level II
- EMR: Cerner
