Facility is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider to join our Rheumatology department.
Position Highlights:
- Schedule will be Monday through Friday with the potential for flexible office hour scheduling.
- Valid Connecticut license is required.
- Minimum one to three years Rheumatology experience preferred.
