o Practice Setting

Clinic

Inpatient consults

Outpatient clinic visits

Inpatient and outpatient procedures (paras/thoras)

o Schedule:

M-F 7:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. No weekends, no holidays, no call.

o Cases/Procedures:

Paras/thoras

General invasive interventional radiology procedures

Tubes /Lines/Drains

o Clinical support:

Supervising physicians

o EMR and Dictation Tools:

EPIC/Dragon

o Required experience, training, and certifications:

ACLS & BLS

All certifications must be from the American Heart Association

o Case Logs:

Must be able to produce for credentialing purposes, 50 Cases within the past 12 months

o Consider IMLC or waiting for a license:

Will consider IMLC

o Credentialing Timeframe:

Typically 30 days, but applications are prioritized according to the start date

o Travel/Accommodations:

Air, Rental and Lodging coordinated and covered
