**Position Overview:**
Seeking a full-time Pulmonary APP for a dynamic outpatient role at our Schenectady, NY office. This role allows the APP to serve an underserved community while collaborating with a team of 9 physicians and 4 APPs, providing comprehensive care in pulmonary and sleep medicine.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide office-based care to pulmonary and sleep patients.
- Manage a personal patient panel, ensuring continuity of care.
- Split weekly workdays between Schenectady (3 days) and Amsterdam (2 days).
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

**Recruitment Package:**
