Inpatient PMHNP Opportunity in Great Falls, Montana Position Details: Opportunity in Great Falls, Montana Helena, 90m Full Time; Permanent Position Hospital Employed Opportunity Seeking an inpatient Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated team of behavioral health providers in Great Falls, Montana Full Time, 122 shifts annually offering a block schedule of 5 days on (M-F), 7 days off, 2 days on (Sat-Sun), 7 days off Working days are typically providing onsite services in addition to 24 hour call responsibilities Onsite services include playing an integral role on our consult-liaison team, providing care to patients on our inpatient behavioral health unit and medical floors, consulting with hospitalists and ER physicians, and taking calls for admissions from our ER and surrounding area hospitals Common consults include those for capacity, delirium, behavioral disturbances associated with dementia, as well as depression and anxiety (often in the context of suicidal ideation or recent overdose) Overnight call is from home with access to EMR and does not usually involve coming in to the hospital Opportunity to work in additional areas during off days if desired Mentorship and oversight provided by experienced inpatient Psychiatrist who is onsite Compensation and Benefits: Nationally competitive shift-based compensation structures with additional performance compensation bonuses Full Time is considered to be 122 shifts annually working the schedule above and pay is based on experience Relocation assistance Annual $5,000 CME + $1,000 license/dues 5-7% retirement match Paid malpractice + tail Provider wellness programs focused on personal and professional development Monthly meetings with highest-level physician and administrative leadership to bring ideas forward and solve issues Community Information: Great Falls is known as Montana's base camp for art and adventure with a city population of 60,000, and a draw of over 275,000 people in north central Montana.
