We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide compassionate mental health care to an exclusively geriatric patient population in Queens, NY. This position offers a manageable patient panel to allow for high-quality, personalized care.

Details:

• Competitive compensation: $165,000 - $200,000 with full benefits
• Full-time, Monday – Friday schedule (8 AM – 5 PM)
• Combination of outpatient and telehealth
• No nights, weekends
• Focus on geriatric psychiatry in an outpatient or facility-based setting
• Small patient panel in a Value-Based Model for individualized care
• Work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment

Requirements:

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health NP/PA or NP/PA with Behavioral Health background
• Licensed in New York State
• Experience in geriatrics or mental health preferred
• Strong communication and clinical skills
