Are you looking for your first clinical psychotherapy role? Has the back-office work associated with private practice drained your patience, time and bottom line? TeamHealth has the perfect role for you! We have facilities in Wichita and the surrounding area that need clinical psychotherapists to work with patients in a long-term care setting. The ideal candidate would be a licensed professional counselor (LPC), or licensed mental health counselor (LMHC), or licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) that can practice independently without supervision.

If you are looking to augment your practice, we can work with you to develop your ideal schedule build around your priorities.

Our compensation is a productivity-based model (Fee for Service) that offers you control to maximize your income potential. Expected compensation is estimated range of $27,000 to $32,500 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
