A community-based healthcare system in Western Colorado has an opening for an experienced Psychiatric Physician Assistant to work as a Director of Psychiatric Providers in their Behavioral Health Department.


Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary $119,558.40 - $162,240.00 year
  • $10,000 Sign-on
  • $4,000 Relocation
  • CME Reimbursement $3,000
  • Full benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement, Scholarships towards continued education
  • 4 Plus weeks of vacation a year for Full-Time employees, including sick pay and personal time off

Physician Assistant Job Details:

  • Provide compassionate, caring, and skillful psychiatric care in outpatient and hospital setting
  • Collaborate with clinic leadership and the Behavioral Health Program Director
  • Lead the recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention efforts for psychiatric providers across multiple clinic locations
  • 4 Days a week - 10 Hour Shifts

Requirements:

  • NCCPA Certified
  • Colorado license or pending Colorado license
  • Three to five years of experience as a Psychiatric Physician Assistant
