**PMHNP Opening - La Grande, Oregon**
**Position Details:**
- Full-time, permanent
- Two openings available
- Behavioral Health staff
- Join current team of 1 MD, 6 LCSWs, 4 Community Health Workers and 1 Behavioral Health Specialist
- New 92,000 square foot facility. Connected to hospital
- Prior PMHNP experience is required
- Outpatient Rural Health Clinic
- Four 10-hour days per week
- Average 14-17 patients per day
- Scribe provided for providers that average 15+ patients per day
- Lab on site
- 30+ exam rooms
- 1:16 call; phone call only
- Epic EMR

**Oregon Tax Credit:**
The State of Oregon offers an income tax credit of 5,000 for physicians practicing in La Grande, which is equivalent to earning another estimated 9,930 in base salary not reflected in the numbers above.
