Are you a clinician who is looking to make a difference in the lives of your patients? TeamHealth needs someone like you! We are seeking a dedicated psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) to join our healthcare team in Seattle, Washington, to work 3 to 3.5 days per week. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mental health care and providing comprehensive psychiatric services to patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with mental health disorders
  • Prescribe and manage medications
  • Provide therapy and counseling to individuals and groups (as needed)
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care
  • Educate patients and their families on mental health issues and treatment options
Join a team that provides psychiatric services to geriatric and adult patients. We care for treatable issues such as anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. You will be a part of an integrated team with a primary care physician and nurse practitioner, and psychologist or LPC. To give you maximum flexibility and lifestyle options we designed our system with a scheduled presence model with a round and go set up; facility staffing is based on patient care needs, allowing clinicians to focus on patient relationships, outcomes, and facility needs. You will be on a team that takes a collaborative team-based approach to patient care.

Our compensation is a productivity-based model (Fee for Service) that offers you control to maximize your income potential. Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $70,000/annually and $85,000/annually.
