Nurse Practitioner - Full Time

Job Responsibilities: As a Nurse Practitioner, you will ensure that our patients receive consistent and high-quality care. This will include assessing the physical status of patients by means of health history, performing comprehensive physical examinations and diagnostic testing as well as developing and implementing a treatment plan for each patient based on their specific needs within protocols set forth and approved by both the Nurse Practitioner and Group Physicians.

Your specific duties as a Nurse Practitioner will include:
" Perform complete physical assessments.
" Provide health education and counseling on the prevention of musculoskeletal disease and healthy lifestyle habits.
" Arrange referrals to other providers of the medical group as needed.
" Respect the dignity, confidentiality and privacy of patients.
" Review operative reports.

Job Requirements:
As a Nurse Practitioner, you must be a compassionate and empathetic caregiver. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with everyone.

Specific qualifications for the position include:
" Current licensures as an Advanced Practice Nurse/Nurse Practitioner in New York and New Jersey.
" Current BLS and ACLS Certification.
" Team player with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and demonstrates sound judgment.
" Must be able to travel between offices and facilities in the Tri-State Area.
" Previous experience in healthcare setting is preferred; and
" Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but NOT required.
