• 8:30a - 5:30p

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Tentatively starting 4/21-7/11. Schedule is Mon, Weds, Thurs, Fri. Could consider reducing it to 3 days if needed.
• Reason for coverage: Maternity leave
• Expected number of patients per day: 24

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS :

• Recently experienced with a pediatrics-only practice, not just someone with past pediatrics experience. – Required
• Active GA license and DEA - Required
• Board Certified (AANP/ANCC)- Required
• BLS - Required
• Local only, mileage is reimbursed. Mileage cost not to exceed $50/day. Client will not pay for hotel, rental car, or travel. All other travel needs to be included in other rates - Required, no exceptions
• Bilingual in Spanish - Highly Preferred, not required
• Familiarity and experience in treating medically underserved and immigrant populations, including dealing with patients of diverse backgrounds, with experience in treating the homeless - Highly Preferred
