We are hiring a Provider for an ongoing locum assignment in Fulton County, GA!

Job details:

• Coverage: Tentatively 4/21-7/11
• Practice Setting: Clinic
• Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays Thursdays and Fridays, can be reduced to 3 days if needed
• Shift: 8:30a - 5:30p

Job Requirements:

• Board Certified – REQUIRED
• GA license – REQUIRED
• DEA - REQUIRED
• BLS – REQUIRED
• Local – REQUIRED
