Job Type: Full Time (on-site)

Location: Brooklyn, NY, with travel to clinics in NY & NJ

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, no weekends, no on-call

• Brooklyn, NY

• Spring Valley, NY

• Staten Island, NY

• Newark, NJ

• Englewood, NJ

• Freehold, NJ

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and deliver expert pain management care in an outpatient setting.

• Collaborate with physicians to design and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.

• Interpret diagnostic tests and guide patients through various treatment options.

• Educate patients and families on long-term pain management strategies, ensuring holistic care.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation for each patient encounter.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in New York and New Jersey.

• Open to new graduates and experienced practitioners with a passion for pain management.

• Ability to manage a daily caseload of 20-30 patients.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering the highest standard of care.

• Comfortable with travel to multiple clinic locations.
