Thriving ENT practice near Andover, MA is seeking a Physician Assistant to join their growing team! Ideal candidates will have experience in the ENT field, however our client will train a recent graduate or candidate with experience in a different field. Part-time and full-time schedule available.

Responsibilities:

• Work alongside and collaborate with a team of board-certified otolaryngologists and APP providers
• Monday-Friday schedule (unless part-time)
• Mix of clinic and first assist duties
• Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients
• Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses for new and existing ENT patients

Qualifications:

• Massachusetts Physician Assistant License
• Proficient with EMR systems
• Ability to build rapport with patients and adapt to new environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities
