Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) – Aesthetics

Salary and Benefits

• Compensation Options:

• Straight Commission: 20% of gross billings for services performed, paid biweekly
• Hourly Rate: $52/hour + commission, paid monthly:
  • 10% of gross billings between $50,000-$75,000
  • 15% of gross billings between $75,000-$100,000
  • 20% of gross billings over $100,000

    • PTO: 2 weeks in Year 1, 3 weeks in Years 2 & 3, 4 weeks in Year 4

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-end cosmetic injectable treatments under the supervision of the Medical Director
• Administer neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport) and dermal fillers (Restylane, Radiesse, Juvederm, etc.)
• Provide consultations and post-operative follow-ups for Med-Spa services
• Participate in training provided by vendors and experienced staff at the Newport News office
• Collaborate with the marketing team and social media content creators to build a client base
• Travel as needed between the Williamsburg and Newport News offices

Requirements

• Active Virginia NP or PA License
• Minimum of 1 year of experience administering dermal fillers and neurotoxins
• Proficiency in additional procedures such as lasers, PDO Threads, Kybella, and Sculptra preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient care
