Orthopedic Physician Assistant

A reputable health system in North Jersey is actively seeking an PA to join their growing team. In this role, the PA will be responsible for providing orthopedic medical care to infants, children, adolescents and young adults.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday.
• Hours: 9am to 5pm
• Setting: 100% Outpatient

Responsibilities:

The Physician Assistant will:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with musculoskeletal complaints in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Perform joint injections, aspirations, splinting, and casting under supervision of orthopedic surgeons.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests including X-rays, MRIs, and lab work to develop accurate treatment plans.
• Assist in the development of individualized care plans for patients with chronic orthopedic conditions (e.g., arthritis, tendonitis).

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice as an PA in New York
• Experience or interest in Orthopedics

• Fluent in English and Spanish
