Hospital located a short drive from the South Carolina Coast is seeking an experienced orthopedic NP/PA to join a hospital employed Orthopedic practice. The Orthopedic Provider will specialize in diagnosing and treating general orthopedic conditions, particularly focusing on total ortho needs such as hips, knees, foot /ankle, sports medicine and shoulders. This APP will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality orthopedic care and advanced surgical procedures.
Hospital Employee . Signing Bonus available up to $10,000 . Outpatient and inpatient role. Standard office hours (Mon-Fri / 8am-5pm). Protected administrative time (4 hours per week). Call Schedule for APP: clinic first then back up call of on call physician. Average Patient Volume: 17-20 patients per day. Demographics: Primarily teen to adult patients with a range of orthopedic issues, focusing on those requiring joint replacement surgeries. Guaranteed base salary (typically MGMA median) + WRVU bonuses up to 90% MGMA over base salary. CME Allowances: 5 days off a year / $1.5k a year. Malpractice Insurance/Tail Coverage: Coverage provided by hospital.
